Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

RAM Civil Process Services respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you submit: name, email, phone number, and how you'd like to be reached.
  • Service details: case or cause number, service address, county, urgency, requested deadline, recipient or entity name, company, acknowledgement and notes you provide.
  • Descriptions you type into our service recommendation helper.
  • Payment information, if you pay online. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.

How we use it

  • To complete and confirm your service request and contact you about it.
  • To prepare returns of service, affidavits, and other required records.
  • To suggest the right service when you use the recommendation helper. That text is processed by an AI service to produce the suggestion.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to perform the service (for example, with courts), with service providers that help us run this website and process payments, or when required by law.

How client documents are stored

  • Documents you upload with a service request (PDFs, Word files, or photos, up to 15 MB each) are stored in private, secure storage. They are never posted publicly or listed on this website.
  • Each request's files are kept in their own separate folder, so one client's documents are never mixed with another's.
  • Once uploaded, documents cannot be viewed, changed, or deleted by website visitors — including the person who uploaded them.

Who can access your documents

  • Only Jessica Meroney, the owner and certified process server, can open uploaded documents.
  • She receives access through private links in her request notification emails. These links expire after 7 days.
  • Documents are shared with others only when needed to complete your service — for example, delivering papers to the person being served or filing with a court.
  • Our website hosting and storage providers keep the files on their systems but do not use or review them.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep records as long as needed for legal and business purposes.

Cookies and Google Analytics

If you click "Accept" on our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — for example, which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, and when a service request form is sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your general location, device, and browser. It does not receive the contents of forms you submit, such as your name, address, or documents. If you click "Decline," Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser. Learn more about how Google uses this information at policies.google.com.

Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
