These terms apply to services provided by RAM Civil Process Services ("we," "us"), operated by Jessica Meroney, a process server certified by the Texas Judicial Branch Certification Commission (JBCC). By requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide service of process, rush and same-day service, court filing and document retrieval, skip tracing, and notary services in Williamson, Travis, and Burnet Counties, Texas. We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice.
Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate documents and the best available address and description of the person to be served.
- Make sure your documents are properly issued and ready for service.
- Tell us about any deadlines when you place your request.
Fees and payment
Fees are listed on our Pricing page and are due as agreed when you request service. Mileage may apply outside city limits. Court filing fees, copy fees, and other third-party costs are passed through to you. Same-day requests must be received by 12:00pm.
Attempts and results
We make reasonable, lawful efforts to complete service but cannot guarantee that a person will be found or served. Fees cover our time and attempts, whether or not service is completed. A return of service or affidavit of non-service will be provided as appropriate.
Cancellations
You may cancel before the first attempt. Work already performed and costs already incurred may be charged.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, court processes, or circumstances outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
